homas and I began hunting for the best chocolate together in 2008 in New York City. On St. Croix, we found the pickings slim and began trying recipes of our own. The rich, silky recipe our customers now enjoy is the result of over a year of Sunday morning kitchen experiments and taste tests. All of our ingredients are raw, vegan and organic. We’re doing research on getting our ingredients straight from St. Lucia or Panama.

Our chocolate is carefully prepared at no higher than 93 degrees Fahrenheit—the melting point of cocoa butter. Taken in small doses at the right times, chocolate is good medicine. Although, last time I checked, this statement had not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
