I’m a writer and performance artist based in Los Angeles. I create in a range of mediums, including prose, music, and dance. 

I’ve worked in advertising for 10+ years for clients that include Google, Apple, Microsoft, Snapchat, Netflix, Hulu, Nissan and Toyota. 

I was awarded a PEN Fellowship, an Idyllwild Poetry Scholarship, and a 2019 Almanack songwriter residency on the island of Nantucket. 

In 2020 I did an 11-part public radio series for KLBP 99.1 FM about travel, creativity and spiritual experiences. 

Current projects: a radical self help book about the intersection of wellness and beauty, coming from 20+ years of research during my own wellness journey; an illustrated guide to self empowerment through journaling; a poetic stealth help memoir about decoding my life through travel, ancestry, psychic channeling and more. I love strategy and marketing and working across all media.
